1. Returns will only be accepted in the event that the product was damaged during transit. We kindly ask that you provide photographic evidence of the damage within 24 hours of receiving the product.

2. All return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

3. Upon approval of the return due to transit damage, a refund or replacement will be issued as per our discretion.

When shipping internationally, please note that the package may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country upon arrival. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping and handling cost, and are the buyer's responsibility as we only charge for transportation. Archaway Impressions is not accountable for these additional charges.

Buyers are responsible for understanding their country's laws, regulations, and restrictions related to the purchase of our products. By placing an international order (shipping outside of Canada), buyers must comply with their country's laws.

In the event that a product is seized by customs, returned to Canada, or destroyed, Archaway Impressions will not be liable for any losses, product refunds, or shipping refunds. If a second delivery attempt is desired after a product is returned, the buyer is responsible for covering the shipping costs.

Ensure to select sturdy screws and align them with the sawtooth combs located on the back of the artwork frame. Carefully place the artwork over the screws for hanging.

Handle your art delicately as the texture is fragile and prone to cracking if pressure is exerted on the back of the canvas. Avoid placing it face down.

Use a dust buster gently to remove any debris. Avoid using a wet cloth, spray, or paper towels for cleaning.
